my small goals met

i chose my own clothes today, i haven't done that in two months. i took a shower and dressed myself. it helps my self esteem a little bit, seeing how i look all nice and tidy. it is still difficult to dress up for no purpose other than to just do it, but i do it nonetheless.

also i have gained a little weight because of the zyprexa, so i fit my clothes well now (i used to be stick thin).

Hi Eli, That is a very big step you took.  I am so proud of you.  Even if you say you are not dressing for some purpose your purpose is dressing nicely for yourself.  It is very good for your self esteem and emotional health. Feeling good about yourself is important and will help you progress to other things. So every little thing counts.  And look how happy you have made your HW friends.
