I guess I'm not as important as I thought

I've been going out with my boyfriend for quite some time. I'm so in love with him, but some days I just cry and cry because I don't understand his thoughts. I know this shouldn't really bother me, but I have yet to meet his family. He's met mine.
He always tells me he's going over to visit after I go home, and I wonder why I can't come with one time.

I thought maybe he thinks meeting his family means too much committment right now. It hurts my feelings because I know he never admits to them he even has a girlfriend. When someone from his famly calls when we're out, he'll talk like he's alone or going to get food by himself when I'm eating with him. I don't know what to think. It makes me feel like I'm not good enough for his famiy. Why would he not even mention that he's with me?

yes, i did mention it before. he said he never talks about me because his family will ask him all these questions and he doesn't "want to deal with it" i think he just fears that they won't like me. But i don't see how they couldn't? not to be into myself, but im not like a bad girl or anything...
