ECT on the horizon

Having a husband with Crohn's Disease for 33 years and seeing him go through 3 major surgeries plus a cancer surgery I sure do understand what "Stand by Your Man " means. He is very supportive of me and my mental health issues as that is what it is all about, giving, sharing and caring.

Jen you have my full support. I cant imagine what you and your hubby are up against. I believe you are an adult making an informed choice in a difficult situation. Dont let the negativities of others upset or deter you. And enjoy your birthday. Im always here-

DH is the same sleeps most of the day and when up flips channels. Oh well......This will be my last full week of work as I will be taking intermittent FMLA in order to take DH to his appointments. 8 days to go!! He gets admitted next tuesday and has his first treatment on wednesday. Just have to be patient this week and hope for the best.

Jaime I completely understand your needing to step away....it got a bit nasty there for a bit......made me feel terrible as well. But I stand strong and I know that I have done the necessary research. I know it's not all roses that is for sure, however I believe in our physicians and their abilities.

Well no one is perfect Some claim to be but I have yet to meet anyone who meets the standard of perfection. I am not sure how DH feels...I think right now he is ok....he has to stop his xanax this weekend, friday I think. So it may be a rough weekend. Hopefully stopping that will not cause him to freak out. Hugs......Jenn
