Hello from Gem.......checking in to see how you are.  Well I hope.............me just hanging..........feeling a little flat, over worked, over stressed, at a crossroads and not sure if I should turn left or right?  Decisions decisions!!!!!!!!!!!!

Karen, butt in any time and really I was thinking Jamiee and Karen but it just did not all come out in print!  I feel a bit better now, after lunch I went ahead and took my regular dose of Xanax, I must have been tappering too fast and I thought "Why am I doing this to myself?"  Less than 1 mil a day is not an excessive amount.  Thank God my daughter is studying psychology in college and she always very lovingly straightens out my way of thinking.  I knew God gave me that smart girl for a reason!

Have a good week-end and Happy Mothers Day.  If you take care of lkids OR animals, you are a mother, or even plants!

hard to see anything positive in the news these days for us, but despite that, i feel there is always hope in everyway, each new day we have. and hope the same for you guys..

Hi Akram, thanks for the kind words.  I took one week off from my TV and really all media, not long ago and realized how peaceful it was.  I think bombarding ourselves with negativity is no good.  Bad news, selfishness and poor choices always get all the media attention.  I hope to be outside with nature as much as possible this week-end!

I am so happy that you are feeling better. Yes, being close to nature is so healing. I spend as much time as I can outside myself. Maybe not in the winter though anymore. But as much as I can. I use to cross country ski and that is a lovely way to view nature. You can sneak up on things because the skis sometimes don't make any noise.

I hope that you continue to feel good.

You are so welcome Siobhan, just wish that I didn't have to leave when I did. But I was caught by surprise. I would rather have people call before they come over but oh well. We took our puppies for a play date and they had a blast. Jasmine is fast asleep now. She played hard. We will have to chat again soon.
