I have just recieved a letter in the mail that I dont understand...It says You must meet certain medical and monmedical requirements to be entitled to disability benefits. We have found that you meed the medical requiremtnt for disability, But then it say We have no yet mad a decision about whether you meet the nonmedical requirements, but we will make that decision soon please help me

It sounds like you meet the medical requirements and that they will be making a decision. Which is a good thing. So keep your fingers crossed. I went through a two year process and still was denied. But my doctor was a pa and they would not acknowledge my medical records with her. That was a bummer. But I have since worked, so maybe I am not as bad off as I thought that I was. But with my husband's medicare, when I worked we made too much money so I had to stop working. I couldn't believe it. I really miss my job.

Thank you very much so I might get approved. I however still want to work a part-time job somewhere.. do you know if they will let me work and how many hours or how much money? There not telling anthing untill this 2nd letter about nonmedical..and what do they mean by non medical....thanks for your health

most likely your gross and fine movements, memory, and cognition. hoping you get it too. ask others who have got it. obviously different where i am. feel better soon. jamie.
