This is when you really need to take life one day at a time. Try not to let it overwhelm you. I know that it isn't easy, but say to yourself, "can I do anything to change this situation at the moment?" You know that the answer is NO you cannot change anything at this particular moment. Then you ask youself "Does worrying about
what is going on going to change anything?" Another NO. So what do you do? You keep going on as if that situation does not exist. Taking it one day at a time. There is nothing that you can do by worrying about
what is going on. So enjoy the moment for what it is worth. And that can be done. Enjoy every single moment, even though things are kind of going crazy. Live for the moment. Stay in the NOW. That is what gets us through to the next day. Then we may have to do it again. But we are happy when doing so.
I hope that things get easier for you. There is no magic potion that can save us, but we have eachother and that is what is important. The support that you will find here is wonderful and we all hope that things get a little easier for you. Take care, keep posting.
I hope that you are feeling better from your surgery. Being that you have gone through that, your body is tired and so is your mind. Give yourself a break and know that we are thinking of you. Take a nice warm relaxing bath with some candles and music. Enjoy the moment.
Hugs, Karen
