January 30 and Valentines Day

I was watching the news this morning and saw where they have a contest to see who has the most unique valentines story to win a short get away for the winner.  I would have this in the bag if I could use any "day" especially on one of these 2 days to show what true love really is about.  I do still smile when I think about it!!!

 

My sleep study went ok, couldn't get to REM during the day study but that could be because my brain is so messed up from meds and thought process, I may need another at some time.

 

Who knows,I did start a new drug called Nuvigil.

Hi Teresa,

The nuvigil should give you some energy. I use to take provigil. I take adderall now, and it works well. I wish you the best. Good luck on your story. Let us know how it goes.

Hi Teresa,

How are you doing? I was just thinking of you and wondered how you were. I hope that things are going well for you. I know that there are going to be days that have a significant memory for you. And it may be hard. I hope that you can come here and find solace. Try not to let anxiety creep up on you at this time. Just think of them as ordinary days. Maybe you will get some chocolate even. lol...

I know I sat and listened to a celine dion song last night that means more than anything to me.  Of course I cried but I really needed that because he was all that.  But he is not mine anymore and he has that role for someone else.  It doesnt lessen the meaning though!!

 

My new med seems to be taking its time but that is what they do.....
