help on misoprostol did nt work

i took misoprostol at 12 and took another one after 24hrs at 12 : 15 after taking second pill i vomit 2 times ( may be 20 mins later after taking second pill) i had huge cramps for about 2 hrs and then i did nt bleed at all so i called the doctor she suggest me to take another one but after like 6 hrs i bleed just little bit ... and no bleeding at all .... i do want to take pills again coz i am scared of the cramp i dont know wat to do help!!!
