Young, stressed, depressed and in a horrible place...

I dont want to spill all of my most intimate business but I have a lot going on in my life and need some direction. I would like some help from a couple people if at all possible and it is very important that you be non-judgmental since some details could be controversial. Ive just had enough, and as a person who is unmedicated with depression all these extra things after things on top of things is really putting me at wits end...

Id really like to talk to at least someone as soon as possible we can e-mail, text, instant message, i dont care just want to talk.

Hi Klamp90,

Welcome to the HealingWell Depression forum. You will find unjudgmental support here. Just make sure that you have gone over the forum rules as you said some of it is controversial. We all participate with giving and receiving advise here. There is a chat room that you can go to if you want faster conversation. But feel free to talk here if you would like. People don't always get back to you right away, especially on the weekends. But they do get back to you with kind and caring suggestions.

The one thing that I would like to ask is if you are going to any form of counseling? It sounds like you need the support and help. Do try to hook up with a professional. We can only offer advice and tell our experiences, but we don't have all the answers for you.

Hi there,

Im not sure how young you are, but I too am young, depressed, and very stressed. I understnad how you feel, like nothing is going your way in life. Believe me, you are not alone. I am more than willing to chat on here with you.

klamp90, It sometimes feels as if you can not keep your head above the water, I understand that..you are struggling and it feels as if no one understands or is listening, do not worry I am the least non-judgemntal person you will, well, talk to.. email me, in my profile also.
