I cannot resist a reply

This happened to me a few weeks back with fluoxetine (prozac).
I went to a site and checked the inactive ingredients and there were chemicals they'd never used in the old capsules or tablets. Did I say that with the new fluoxetine, I had a severe allergeric reaction. It took me 6 hours before it subsided.

I'm suspicious of why they have to do this. They also made it impossible for me to buy any other fluoxetine with more simple inactive ingredients.

I don't think this is fair and it's definitely unhealthy to do this to ppl. I've had to buy the original Prozac and get an authorization to buy it. BTW I've been taking Prozac (generic) for 25 years and never had a reaction.

We all need to complain about this!!!

Please report your adverse reaction to the manufacture so they can investigate your problem.  Not only will you be helping yourself but many others you use this medication.
