Hi Guys,
I'm bipolar II and usually hang out on that forum but I still get both typical and atypical depression as part of my illness and have been predominantly in a major depression since April this year. (I have had 3 days of hypomania in that time) I also have PTSD. I am a 39yr old female from Australia and wanted to introduce myself before I began posting here. Thank you. LW

how do you always make me laugh... and a cactorian too! (An Aussie joke - jamie is aussie too). How did your therapist visit go today? did you post it somewhere on hw? tell me where and I'll have a read!

jamiee jimbob, where are you? :( I've had another *(^&*&&^&* mood crash. Where does it end??? I'll go to my walking group in the morning. I've been looking around at accommodation and feel stressed about that process. I dealt with Telstra today, which would do anyone's head in. I also did some work on my court case. Still the Sero has be holding up my mood wonderfully... this crash has dampenaed my spirits and hopes somewhat. I saw your Georgia post. It doesn't matter if Georgia is an ex-gf, an old dog or whatever... you obviously loved her... and you do have the capacity for deep feeling... if Georgia is alive and chooses not to be with you, that is her loss - we are lucky to have you. I've been out of circulation for 2 1/2 months due to my deep depression. I took the risk to ring an acquaintance and told her I'd been sick - she responded that I was just lazy and don't want to work. I felt hurt - but she is entitled to her opinion - even if it is light years away from reality. Did I happen to mention to you that I loathe depression?

georgia passed aeay in my arms from a heart attack in 04. we were in love. sorry that your feeling bad. telstra ........aarrgghh!!!!!! i have been out of circulation since dec 04!!!! i would like 1 day to be back in circulation!!!!!!!

hey jimbob, I've posted on the anxiety forum under Accommodation Stress - I think it is funny how we chase each other around this website :) Hope you are feeling much better. Didn't you have your pdoc today??? any med change? still rapid cycling like mad? talk to me boy :)

arranging a slep clinic appt. but the sleep doc is on holies till the 19th, my doc thinks obstructive sleep aponea. no meed changes, sugars perfect, lithium and tegretol perfect full blood count perfect. got the shrink in around 3 weks, will bring up the seroquel issue then. yep still rapid cycling like mad!!!!!!!!

wow, that's kinda a mixed bag, what ways are you planning to cope effectively with the rapid cycling in the next three weeks?
