~ like your mind is racing with things that you need/have to do but all you can do is walk in circles or totally do something else
~ Have a meltdown at the least opportune moment
~ don't recognize yourself in the mirror when you are sobbing
~ feel alone and wanting to crawl in the corner
~ want the world to leave you alone
~want the best for your family, especially the kids so you need to change yourself so that they don't have those memories of you falling apart...(I have those memories of my mother and absolutely do now want that for my own)
~wonder why your significant other stays with you and puts up with it
~Suffers in silence because you are embarrassed or don't want to bother anyone or feel like you have talked about it so much that you feel that no one wants to hear it anymore
~ want to change but do not know how
I am seeing a dr and a therapist. and on meds for anxiety and depression. I also have fibro. I have alot of stuff going on and I need to organize my day but can't get off my butt to do it. I also have alot of weight to lose (80lbs) and working on my business and constantly busy and I have 2 young kids. I have been sick, and I am in the process of having tons of dental work done (hopefully everything will be done in May).
I just feel horrible!
Please advise...
