Mercedes, Advice? Certainly. Firstly this is a question for the oerson who prescribed these drugs for you. Once we are under prescript
ion if we do change the treatment without advising the doctor they cannot help. Plus they can tell you what you want to know whereas we are only guessing. You can Google the issue too if you wish and I'm sure you will find an answer that way too. But still talk to your doctor first.
Why are you wanting to coe off these drugs? Is it because the feel fine and are ready to go drug free? If so that's great as that is our objective isn't it. I haven't experienced it personally as I haven't started ad's yet but my wife took them for many years. She used to say her biggest mistake was always thinking once she felt good that she was cured. So many times she stopped her drugs and broke down fairly quickly. So she started from scratch again, and again, She kept repeating that mistake until she finally decided to try drug free when she had to change only. After so long on drugs she finally decided she'd just keep up her treatment whenever she felt OK.
The key to coming off drugs is to know what to expect, which you're asking, and being aware of possible lapses and the need to resume treatment.
