so as it get closer to 11pm i start to feel awake. today was a bad day, note, was, it is now almost gone, i will be better tomorrow. very depressed, mixed mood type of day. had a few stints (short) in bed. i walked my dog twice, did my dishes, put my clothes away that i pulled of the line earlier today. geez i need a smoke!!!! today was all about shuffling slowly around the house in a hue that was best described as larthagic and weak. been in pain all day and night. luckily my mate has some panadeine forte's that he has prescribed to me!!! lol. ok. enough for now. need some real sleep. i am totally awake. got one ball-tearer of a day tomorrow.........busy as hell. take care. luv ya's all. jamie. ♥♥♥♥

kinda sounds like my day, up and down

But yougot alot done for not feeling so spiffy. I admire your strength to get up everyda and cope

have crashed yet again. it has been brewing for days. sux. had a big day--that is still going!!!!!!
am very depressed, weak and low. today has been draining. of to the chemist, walk the dog, shopping, of to sort a medical bill and then later my dr's appt. so i am stuffed. i have many thoughts revolving around my head, but you get that. i am not whinging guys, just stating the facts. sleep is chaotic, all i want to do is sleep at the moment, i can't anyway so i get up and move. weather was shocking today, really came down. this is the cycle of rapid cycling bi -ploar disorder-just going through the cycle at present. will be fine. really want a ciggie though. have put the weight on i lost due to comfort eating. aaaarrrrggghhhh. oh well **** happens. hoping tomorrow is better. luv and healings to you all. jamie

Hi Jamie. I apologize because I haven't been around as much, but I do think of you often. I'm sorry you have been rapid cycling again. It sounds quite painful emotionally and I hope you start feeling better now that you're getting a little sleep.

can we get 2 nights in a row???? am much better for it, bar being very over-tired. the weather is meant to be better tomorrow. got some more running around to do. i feel like i could sleep the rest of the week away!!! you know life is too short for gripes, etc, life is too short for pain, thus i will try and keep getting on with it each day, keep moving and keep doing my thing. i am soo grateful for the luv and prayers that i receive here by my HW family, i love ya's all. 1 foot in front of the cane, lol. know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers. ~jamie ♥♥♥

did not sleep well at all. missed the sleep dr's appt, had to call and apologise and make a new appt. 3 nov. feel like ****, oh well you get that from time to time. been to the chemist, neighbour has been over, steve is at her place at the moment, my mate glen just popped in. yeah busy place!!! having a coffee, first one in months. need to wake up. oh well, love to you all. jamie. ♥♥♥

been puting up with a very very intoxicated mate. not happy. keeps fallin' over will not lye down, has cut his arm aaarrgghhhh!!! he knows his meds don't mix with alcohol!!! jamie.

I grew up in a family full o9f alcoholics and I used to drink quite a bit.. but now being sober, drunks just annoy the poop outta me, y'kno? They get all maudlin, tell the same story over and over You've got yr hands full
