crossing my fingers. still feel bummed out and fatiqued. playing music at the moment. have done the dishes, am trying not to think. yes buttons has been walked. all i can do now is rest. have no ph to call anyone for a chat been suspended, got given three days for the gas bill. have others as well, don't we all!!!! no pity party here. buttons is following her daddy everywhere, she is under the desk when i am on the computer, she knows i am not right. bless her heart. oh well. time for some rest. take care everyone. keep strong and my love to you. jamie.

I don't know what is going on with me but I slept from 5pm til 4am, could not keep eyes open

Sorry you are having one of those "I don't know what to do with myself" days..and I empathize about the bills...somehow we cameup short this month and almost had internet and TV turned off, have let house insurance slip and don't know how we'll manage Chruistmas...it's always something...oh and car needs new tires and battery too-lol..I'm sorry yourphone is cut, that really helps get you out of yourself..I don't evenlook at the mailbox some days-lol.

Buttons sounds awesome, they do have a 6th sense. Mine come up and put their head on my knee and get upset if I cry...curl up w/ Buttons and have a rest.

devil  had a bummer of a day. nono however i walked my dog twice, did my dishes and put the rubbish out, other than that................i did play a lot of music and some games on my computer, and i did respond to 2 e-mails, albeit short. i am trying but this depression has got me good. cry   when is it going to end!!!!!!!!! the million dollar question hey. would rather be going through the mania than the depressive component. to all of you i send healing compassionate prayers, depression sux.

Yeah, just think I never get the mania only blah and terrible depression-I wish I had one up period where Icould scour myhouse...I know mania is not fun either, not trying to make light of it

It will end jamie...just hang in there..I am getting emails from you again so vent away dear, I'm here if I can stay awake-lol first no sleep and now can't stop hmmmm?

Maggie, I guess we have traded places. I am back to the no sleeping. Well I did send it too you and Jamiee a while back. Lol

Like you Maggie, I only get the down in the dumps or further down in the dumps days. Lol, I would go through the house cleaning my head off with the mania part too. Now I just do what I can when I get a glimpse of light and can focus on this mess I have going on.
