Trying to forget about you..

you put me through hell and i want just forget about you and i want you to take back every word you ever said to me so i would of never of meat you, jus get out of my head even how much i try i still love you...

Anngell, please seek out counseling so that you can get the proper help for getting
over this bad relationship you had, as you need to deal with it properly to get over
and that it will also take time, but with time things will get better and you will find
someone more worthy to have you, as your worth it....

After a good vent, sometimes it helps me to breath in and out and close my eyes. Block out everything and just breath. Hope this makes you feel better.
