I've been dealing with so many issues and a recent situation has brought stress and self hatred to an all time high....
But I wanted to say I just started doing yoga the other day, I bought an instructional dvd at the store...and though I've only done it twice I've noticed wonderful effects already. I have a awful issue with a sense of unbalance in my life and maybe some of you do too. There's the outer part of me, that loves to be social and nice most of the time, but inside I have all these feelings of doubt, sadness, anger and confusion. Yoga is supposed to be the unity of mind and body, so I think it could do wonders for me and this feeling of being torn.
Just thought I'd recommend this to others :) I'm so depressed I haven't wanted to go to an actual yoga class yet, but even doing the dvd at home has been nice and I hope it continues to help :)
