can't sleep. too hot, had many panic attacks tonight, stuff on my mind i guess. it is the wee hours, am afraid to sleep. my e-mail has crashed, sorry karen, i send they come back!!! happened last night. tried many times. had many showers to ease my mind. sadly nothing is helping. all of my bills rocked up at once yesterday, rrrrrrrrrr!!! i will be okay, just having a bad one. therapy session was good, but intense, but that is all good-i run the show, so i just don't get it. will be ok.

hi Jamie,

I know how you feel. Try to do something for YOU today . Maybe that will take your mind off things that are bothering you. I know you will be okay, just keep telling yourself that! Take care and try to get some rest.

Sorry you're struggling with so much at the moment Jamie. It can get very overwhelming at times. Michelle had some good advice, you deserve a YOU day. Know that we're here for you. Hope you can get some sleep and have a better day. Sending you hugs

Have a bad day...don't feel bad about it...sorry about the heat...lay in fron of a fan wwith wet washcloth on you neck or head, then you can do something and then repeat fan thing...try not to whirl around ( I know you jamie) move slow and do only what is necessary...hiope it cools down friend....and i did get yr emails today...thank you my defender

Oh gosh Jamie. I wish life was kinder to you as you so deserve it. I hope you are sleeping right now. Maybe if you could visit with a friend to take your mind off things, or do something special just for you. Ask yourself what would you need to do today to make yourself happy, do one thing that will put a smile on your face. Sorry all the bills came at once, i know that must be tough. I assume you are on disability? Wish i could take all your worries away. Let us know how you are doing later today ok.

I know about the bills. Pick the most important ones to pay first. You will get it, they may have to wait a little while. But you always pull though Jamie. I know you will again. Fan is a wonderful idea. Visit Irene today. Don't worry about the email. I understand. I will write you. Got psych appt today to get my scripts. Hope that the weather holds out for me. Will drive slow.

yeah on a disability pension here in australia, don't get enough to cover nothing!!! sucks!!

If you have an ice pack try using it right before bed time...it's your summer time
in Australia, where it's still Winter here in the USA, so sending you cool thoughts
If you can get a floor fan those can help and are not too expensive...I have a small
battery floor fan even...Many well wishes to you...but try the cold packs
at night...or put them on your sheets 1/2 hour before bed, but wrap them so your sheets don't
get wet...

karen, sorry mate but i sent an e-mail and it bounced back. will try again later. feeling tired and sore. am pushing myself to keep up with stuff. need to call my doctors office for an appt, will do it tomorrow. couldn't be stuffed today. see the shrink friday morning. not sleeping again. maybe tonight. maybe? it has cooled down. see what happens. love 2 you all. jamie

seen the shrink, he was not happy with steve glen and irene nono
he called it socio-sickness. steve has finally left!!!!! finally!!!!
my tegretol levels are excellent. says i will feel better in around
8 weeks. will see him in april. unless i need him sooner.
he was impressed with how i handled my difficult therapy session
as well. so i am improving. next consult we will look at reducing the
seroquel further, he was happy that i did not increase it for sleep
at any time.

Hope you can get some rest. What if you tried making a new email with a different company and see if that works just until you get the other one straitened out? Just fumbling for an answer. You haven't lost internet, so that's good. Seems like you can send them, just not recieve them. Maybe give that a try and see. Try yahoo. Thats' what I have.
