I'm doing much better, had some rough days, but yesterday was good...Katie has really started to be like her old self, very loving and huggy,,,I hadn't realized just how much the depression had changed her cause it came on so gradually...hubby has been loving and kind and in turn, so am I

I don't know, we are under such a tremendous financial strain, I mean really broke and taking coins to the coinstar machine-lol but my family is getting along so well, it's ok

So sorry for your mess jamie-seems like you don't get a break and you so deserve one...hope you can get some rest. Steve is coming back???? or did I dream that? Hwe is NOT what you need right now

Karen- good riddance is all I can say about your lil battle yesterday-who needs that strife in our lives??

Hope everyone's day has started (or will start) off well. My goal this week is to get on a schedule of exercise and to cook more meals at home. I don't eat out often, it just seems that I haven't been cooking much lately and it seems to help keep me calm and focused when I cook.

I have gotten lots of recipes lately, especially crock pot recipes that are so delicious and so easy! A lot of them are chicken, but I did have one for roast and another for meatballs... Meatballs in the crock pot-- who would have thought????

Glad you joined us. It does sound like you are suffering from depression. One of the first things we experience is lack of self nurturing. I would also check into chronic fatigue. See if that could be what is going on. They kind of go hand in hand. I have fibromyalgia and suffer with a lot of fatigue and depression goes with that too.

I hope that you do do some reading. There are a lot of interesting threads here. And welcome to the forum...

Karen, I've gotten some more recipes together, so I will try to post some tonight. I made a soup last week that was so delicious and fairly inexpensive.
