still fighting. steve is here. he said he will come to the hearings with me,
that was good to here. had a busy day here. done a lot, incl chores.
am soo tired i hope that i sleep tonight. got more stuff to do tomorrow
as well. time to crash my friends, eyeballs are hanging out of my head!!
got some calls to make and such, legal aid. got some shopping to do as well.

Jamie:  Hope your time getting ahold of legal aid was productive today.  I am glad that Steve is going with you.  When do these proceedings start? 

Keep getting your rest and getting your sugars under control.  Karen is right.  It sounds like you are feeling better and a bit stronger.

thx everyone for your kindness, love and support. i am touched. proceedings begin very late march. yeah i am trying cass; some days better than others. but you get that. i need to live my life till these proceedings take place, and my life already has an overflowing plate!!!! oh well, one day at a time, and for sure, that slow and steady wins the race.

busy day. shopping, chemist, pay bills, gastro & severe vomiting.
been resting up and taking some medicine from the chemist.
had been awake all-night last night, that's when the sickness
started. still unwell.

oh well. go with it i guess. love to all,

Thinking of you and practice staying in the moment - the end of March is a long way off yet so try not to get stuck in the anticipatory anxiety mode.  Kick the anxiety to the curb, my friend !

hi all..

been hot here in australia, very hot. oh well.
we struggle on. not sleeping much at all, sometimes not at all!!!
my sis from canada is down, she is at mums, will visit soon. me,
still very depressed, albeit i fight it on a daily basis. my mate steve
is staying with me, we give each other moral support. i am having
trouble shutting down, my poor fried brain!! lol. i am trying to not
freak about the hearing-still i am freaking some, my anxiety is very
high, but you get that. got my therapist early march, he has been
away for a month teaching students. got my sleep dr in early march
as well. my eye surgeons office left me a message stating that i am
due for a reveiw as well. (diabetes) my sugars are up and down, my
back and neck are somewhat better on good days, albeit in the main
i struggle. thx for listening guys.

Jamie: Thanks for the complete update.  I've been wondering how you have been doing.  I'm not a doctor but I'm imagining that the amount of stress you have been under must effect your sugar level or health in some manner.  Hopefully, when this hearing is said and done you can go back to more "normal" worries.

That's great about your sister coming to visit from Canada.  How did she end up being so far away from home?  And when was the last time you saw her?

Hmmm...I'm actually in a chatty mood tonight.  It's too bad we are on different time zones.  It would be good to meet up in chat.  Well, since I"m getting ready to go to bed I imagine that you're either already up or close to getting up to start your day.  Hope you have a good one!

more normal worries would be nice. it has affected me badly. sister........adventure. nearly ten years ago was the last time i saw her. yeah it is too bad that we are in different time zones cass, am sure we will catch up. had a very sick day, been in bed the majority of the day.
