Nice morning here in Pennsylvania. It MIGHT get to 70º today!. Is this the weekend we change the clocks for Daylight Saving Time?

John and I went for a consultation yesterday about possible radiation treatment for his Prostate cancer. Oh my, decisions, decisions. Right now we are leaning toward just 'watchful waiting. (Must do more research on the pros and cons)

Appreciated your input about radiation. Yes, 9 weeks is what they said John would have. An hour drive each day would be an exhausing trip, never mind the treatment itself. At age 81 he would like quality, not quantity.

Does your husband have PSA tests and/or having any problems now?

G-ma J, I will pray for your husband and the upcoming decisions you are having to face. I'm sure none of them are easy and I bet it seems like there is no "right choice".

On my end, I think things have been going better. I only really need my Xanax when I am at work. When I feel anxious outside of work, I normally just step away for a few minutes and center myself again. I've been feeling weird lately, like ex will contact me. No matter how many times my best friend, Dawn, ignores her calls or texts, ex still sends them. On my birthday, she sent Dawn a text saying she hoped "we had a good day"... how did she even know we would see each other?? we live an hour apart! It's all just odd. She's odd.

My counseling has been such a gift to me; I have most definitely decided I want to do the same thing with my life. I want to help others overcome situations and find the true happiness inside themselves.

Good morning...well, sorta...

Just managed to drop my coffee cup and had to start my day washing the floor (and walls, and table tops).  Not the best beginning... it better improve!

When do you pet owners begin using flea medication?

My favorite cat has been more 'itchy' than usual, and not sure if it's bug bites or a food allergy.  I did see a commercial for flea meds last evening on TV. 

Warm weather continues today.  Daffodils are blooming...(and weeds are sprouting).

Time to get a second cup of java.  At least I didn't break the cup.

I have lost a cup of coffee before, surprisingly it went everywhere. Even on the walls and ceiling. I don't know how, but it did.

I have broken my favorite cup too. Bummer... I get use to a certain cup and use it all the time...

I want muffins too! I successfully drank my coffee no spills. I just love coffee.

No major plans this weekend... may be hanging out with my somewhat neighbor/kissing buddy. Not sure where things lie between us & not interested in finding out either. I think it's just fun to hangout, kiss every now and then, and not worry. Still just too selfish to give up my "me time".

I am almost finished reading the Hunger Games series. Are any of you big readers? Any suggestions on what I should read next?

Good Saturday morning.

Time to turn our clocks ahead one hour tonight. We usually neglect (too much trouble) changing the clock in the car. Oh well, so it's correct half the year...better than never.

Quiet day expected for us today. Grocery shopping and that's about it.

Still waiting for a muffin, Magpie... can smell the blueberries.

about my 'game' threads... shall we just have one (semi) active at a time... or should I get some more up and running?

Finally getting over "bug"-hallelujah!

Sorry, no muffins-they were scarfed up by the girls and Dad-I got 1! Pat made doughnuts from scratch with powder sugar, and Crisco last night and I pigged out on those-melt in your mouth...diet just flew out the window-AGAIN!!

Courtney/Bean-I am a voracious reader but this depressive episode has me unable to concentrate. I saw a sequel to a book I adored years ago-great series!! The first book is "Clan of the Cave Bear" by Linda Auel...about a clan of cavemen, so fascinating, fiction. I am thinking of re-reading it. I like historical novels and crime. Janet Evanovich has a series starting with "One for the Money", these are hilarious light reading. I laugh out loud!!

Katie missed so much school that she has to makeup "seat time" today!! They don't even study or learn, they just sit there. So stupid, I guess it state regs.

Rainy and cool here for days-azaleas are blooming cause our winter has been so warm. Trees budding too. It also means more fleas and mosquitoes and gnats-Yuck!! Break out the frontline for the pets-so expensive.

Okey-dokey-I'm off to grab 2nd cuppa and (ssshh!) a cigarette. Check y'all later

Yes, wasn't that fantastic reading? I read it 30 years ago and still remember Ayla. My mother (RIP) recommended it to me. I saw a new book at Walgreen's by Auel, a sequel of sorts but didn't buy it. Maybe go to library today!!

Anyway, after doughnuts and muffins, it is bread and water today-lol!
