Hi again BNA,
Please don't take my mention of your brevity that you were in anyway wrong. I just brought it up as it gave me the feeling you hadn't quite "claimed yourself a chair" here - and you have EVERY RIGHT to claim for yourself the biggest softest comfyist metaphorical armchair you can find here :) You belong!
Try to slow down and breathe and focus on your body. Knowing our body sensations gives us the best information we can have about
our health. Awareness of sensations lead to very precise awareness of symptoms which can help with accurate diagnosis and treatment.
Just be, breath, experience each moment fully and in an acutely present way. You seem to be panicking? and asking questions no one ever has answers to. Each of us finds our own journey to wellness.
What would it matter to you if Jack gets well in one year and Jill gets well in five? What does it matter how many years it will take you, really? The focus is on how you are going to learn to play each hand in your poker game as well as you possibly can, not what hand you get dealt. No one can know what cards you will be dealt; we can just be here as your friend as you plough your way through any and all challenges as they present themselves.
Life is challenge in one way or another.... health is no different.... we just chip away at resolving the issues, one moment at a time.
Hugs,
Jade xx
