Sick of being sad

Alright. It's 80 degrees and sunny out and I'm still a crying mess. Terrified I'm scaring my boyfriend away. Can't muster the energy to go grocery shopping.

Went to my psychiatrist yesterday and he made me feel worse. When I talked about my boyfriend he began saying some things that felt inappropriate. I feel scuzzy because I'm supposed to be able to trust him.

Feeling really rotten and like I'm a waste of space.

I'm going off Wellbutrin because it's not helping.

Just on Ritalin now...

I am sorry for what you are going through. Was the psychiatrist innappropriate with you? Like IG said, maybe look for a new one or discuss it with them next time you see them. I hope things work out for you.
