Having a tough day today... feel like staying under the covers but I know I have things to get done. Please keep me in your thoughts as I push forward....

Proud of you Michelle for getting up and trying. I know how those days feel. There is a saying, I forget where it comes from, heard it while I was inpatient one time.

"Move the muscles, the brain will follow" most of the times this is a true statement.

I do hope your day gets better, if not, try journaling to dump some of those negative feelings. Any old paper will do if you do not have a book or note book to start. If you do not journal, just write what you feel and see where it takes you.

I have a funeral to go to this am. I have been up all time because I don't think I can go. Even called at 8am and stated same. I am still trying to make.

I am glad you went. You probably feel less anxious about the situation now that it is over. Kind of the same thing for me today. I am glad that everything is over and done. Got an appointment tomorrow, and one next week. I hate appointments. But we got to do it I guess.

Oh.. I forgot to mention.. today so far, it has been 29 hours since I had my last cigarette. And, I feel great! I don't miss it but I miss the habit of it. Trying to instill new habits in its place. Wish me luck to continue!!!!
