I am with Trina! Just had my first cup of coffee. Of course it is 10:30 here.

My list of chores only includes working on college stuff today. I am loving teaching!!!!

I tried a therapist last week Unfortunately, it ended up in six flash backs in one day. The longest one was over ten minutes.My poor husband did not know what to do. The therapist was also freaked out. Medication stopped the flashbacks but I am back to looking for a new therapist.

Feeling a bit down this weekend. I was doing well for a few weeks, then a rejection from a man created a spiral effect. Its not that I even really liked him, its just the point that he didn't want me. I know the last thing I need to do is get involved with anyone at this point, but I guess I like the distraction. Of course the hangover from being with a man gets worse each time. I suppose I am just better off alone.

I know love will find me someday, as long as I don't chase it. It is hard to sit back and let it find me though. I am not a patient woman.

I slept until almost seven this morning. Feels good...

Subzero, Sometimes it is good to have the flashbacks, it lets you know you are getting somewhere. But if you are uncomfortable, then yes, change the therapist. I am glad that the medications helped you.

Nameless, There are many other was we can distract ourselves. Find something that you enjoy doing. Pick up a new hobby, read... It all helps. I find that walking helps me the most. I hope that you feel better soon...
