finally people that understand about headlights! NO ONE around here gets it!
sets my migraines off and sometimes it seems the highbeams are on, but there are not! It is just awful! Ugh and the new head lights, I don't even want to talk about them!

already enough of my soap box

Trina-I get what you are saying about headlights. I had my eyes checked and they found that I am missing pigment in my retina (I think that is the area) that makes me wicked light sensitive. I even find street lights too bright at night.

Even though I am not happy that you have this issue it is nice to know I am not alone-in other words, not crazy. Well, I am crazy, but doing my best to enjoy my insanity.

So, for the daily check in, doing better today. I am cooking a stir fry. I haven't had the energy to cook and have been living off toast lately. I am cooking enough to last the week so if I get down again I can microwave it. I think I just have to plan ahead on the days I have energy.

It is a gray day here in New Hampshire. I think its going to snow. The low pressure always makes my headaches and muscle pain worse. Of course some of the muscle pain is from going to the gym last night. I hadn't been in over a week. Why is it so hard to do what is good for ourselves? Oh well, I guess I will live another day.

I too find it is hard to do good for myself Jennifer. I think we all do. We need to try to encorperate good things, and habits into our lives. I think it takes practice. I too have pain when the barometric pressure changes, and it has been doing that a lot lately. We had snow and freezing rain last night. But it is suppose to be really warm tomorrow. Not normal for our season. But I will take it...

In pain after going to the Houston car show on Saturday it was a bummer, only one Ferrari and that was a Formula1 car! although they did have Porsche, going to rest up now, train show is in February...

Thanks Karen. Had a pretty good day. Work was fairly busy, keeps my mind off of things.

Still snowing here, but its ok, it is so pretty out. And at least it warmed up a bit. (Only in New England do we consider 32 degrees warming up LOL).

Did pretty good today. Went to work, went to the gym, came home. Not too much drama. Its sad that a good day is also a boring day. But I suppose when you are dealing with a chronic illness boring is better than bad.

Thanks all for your support. People may only think these are words on a screen, but to me it is a lifeline.

J haven't posted in a coupla days so let me answer these burning questions(lol)

I have brown eyes and am extremely light sensitive since i got fibro. Fluorescents are a guaranteed headache, and I can barely drive at night cuse of headlights. No overhead lighting either.

I fall in the HI HO group

Had mammo and ultrasound this am-should know something by wed at dr appt.

Jamie hope you make progress at your appts.

Just checking in. Trying to motivate myself to go to work. Would rather sit around and read. Oh well, hi ho its off to work I go LOL.

Feeling a bit tired today, but as it is gray and foggy out, that may be part of it. Two more months of winter, and then the sun will return. Sure glad February is a short month.
