thanks trina, thanks karen. i slept but am forever tired. being a severe insomniac does not help. oh well, push on. much to do. my mate is coming down monday or tuesday. not sure how long he is staying. it is cold and windy here. what happened to summer??!! hot day is either wednesday or thursday. take care everyone.

Hi everyone,

arthritis flare up yesterday, by last night could barely move! Snowed over night, no wonder! Also forgot to take one of my major meds yesterday so I guess it is back to the pill box for me.

Forcing myself to go to yoga tonight, need to stay as loose as possible.

Karen, so happy to hear you slept til 8am! For you that is late! Joyce I just love that couch groaner!

I wish that there was a yoga class around here Trina. Though I know I could figure out how to do it myself, but it is more fun with a class. I did an exercise class last year but the girl stopped doing it. I try to do my own. It is hard to get motivated. I use to have a vhs tape that I taped all of my favorite episodes of a class that was on pbs many years ago, but don't have the vhs player anymore and probably lost the tape. Oh well. Where there is a will, there is a way. I will figure something out. Even if it is pt. Which I need, I think..

Sorry that you aren't getting sleep Jamie, I am not either. Up way too early this morning. Hard to sleep when I start waking up like that. Will have an early night I am sure.

will do. bladder issues of a severe nature last night, severely interrupted sleep also. eye man and therapist tomorrow, doc friday afternoon. lovely weather today. blue skies, cool breeze. been walkies with buttons, chemist etc. i also put clothes on the line. am tired now, got my benches, table and dishes to do. it never stops!!!!!!! listening to tunes whilst posting and emailing. take care my friends.
