have a chat with your psychiatrist, actually writing it down helps.
sleep, i am a severe insomniac. but there techniques that help.
meditation, incense and soft music. there are sleeping pills as well, but they are hard to come off. be honest with your psychiatrist, that is key. i wish you well.
