Snow day tomorrow! Work has been cancelled. Hopefully the electricity will hold out. Hope all my east coast friends here are safe the next two days. We are supposed to get between 1 and 2 feet of snow. I am so excited to be able to go out snow shoeing.

Hi all slept till Noon today, hubby has off and enjoyed the morning with the dogs by himself. Glad he finally woke me up!

Yucky weather here! Off to AC Moore, sale on yarn and Valentine Day stuff for John to make packages for his employees.

Jamie, all the other stuff came out good, no reason these leisions or whatever they are will not be benine. Keep good thoughts my dear friend. Prayers coming your way. Wishing you peace.

ps we lucked out and the storm went south of us!!!

Stayed inside doing nothing all day. Of course there was a blizzard, so going out was not an option. Feel a bit guilty about not doing anything. Its like I judge myself on my activities. Reading a book, painting=good. Lying around watching movies and napping=bad. So now feeling guilty brings back the feeling of being depressed. Why is it so wrong to do nothing? Where did I get the idea that I have to be productive at all times? I mean my house is still clean. As I was supposed to be at work yesterday anyway I wouldn't have done anything meaningful. Is resting such a bad thing? I wish I knew. Its like I have all these rules ingrained in my head and I am not sure where I got them from. The older I get the more I question these rules. Its my life after all, I make the rules.

Thanks for listening to me rant. Now that I am angry at the stupid rules I feel less depressed. I feel vindicated. I am going to get out to the gym and run some errands and take myself out for lunch.

According to my instruction book everyone gets AT LEAST one day of rest! Some of us need more depending on what we are going through. Our bodies speak to us in different ways to let us know what is happening. We need to listen better.
