Good morning all. Got up early so I can go to see an art exhibit. If I get there before noon it is free so I got up early. I know I will pay for lack of sleep later but it will be worth it. The weather is finally mild enough to get out so I am going to enjoy it.

Hey I have always loved sitting on my patio or porch, which ever I had at the time!
Guess I was boring!

Sun is fighting some nasty looking clouds today. hope it wins.

DIMVU I do hope you get some sleep soon. Have you looked into "sleep Hygeine"

Morning All-

This is the second day in a row that I have woken up in a rotten mood. It is so strong that I don't feel like I can control it. I feel it just dripping off me if that makes any sense.

I am not sure if it is the change in medicine or the fact that I have 4 working days until spring break which we all need. Spring is a very tough time of year at a junior high as hormones begin to bloom too.

Praying I can keep it together today and keep my mouth shut! :)

DIMVU,

sometimes we just wake up weepy. Days are like that. We process all the time. always working through something. Perhaps you are just working an emotions through a past memory in your subconcious. Do not laugh, this is true.

Be weepy, hold it, honor it. When you are done, notice how you feel. write down the experience if you want, it is a good way to be in contact with your emotions and be able to name what you are feeling. Be gentle with yourself and just learn.

Your body and mind are just trying to tell you something. Listen.

Have a quiet day.
