Welcome to the forum.
You have been through the ringer my friend. However try to remember, what does not kill you, makes you stronger!
You can and will survive these trying, painful times. It will make you a stronger, more empathetic person. There is a reason although it can not be seen, you just have to have faith.
The moodgym site is awesome place to start to get your head back on straight. You can also try mindfulness to learn how to live in the present, day to day and not hurt so much from the past and worry for the future.
Mindful.org is a good place to start learning.
Believe in yourself, you are a worthy person and reaching out to here was a good start. Keep posting we support and listen to each other the best we know how.
