over the past couple of days my ex who has been mentally abusing me left me a lone for a month now he is texting again going out of his way to be really nice to me and ask me to go places he knows i like to go too....im biting my tounge and staying strong and not repsonding.....

Sounds like that is the best thing that you can do. Can you block his texts? If it becomes a problem, can you get a different phone number? One he doesn't know?

Hang in there. You will get through this. I know it is hard. Especially if he is talking about places that you like to go. Just don't give in...

good for you to stay strong, keep it up! Go to the phone store and ask how to block his number on your phone! It will also block his texts!

Lock him out on face book and email also! He will get the message.
