Hi P,
If you can not remember anything that is happening during periods of times, such as black out periods this is one thing; if you are concentrating on solely peoples reactions this is another.
A visit to the doctor can clarify your "symptoms" and see if there is an issue to even worry about.
In the meantime, concentrate on you and not other people and see how you do, writing down notes about your feelings and anytime your don't remember things is a good idea, so you can refer back to it at the doctor appointment.
