sometimes i feel dizzy and sick and very lost. and other times i feel strong and i can conquer anything. sometimes i feel i should fix things with my ex abuser and ive been too mean to him. i somtimes look back in the past or iam around somewhere or something that reminds me of the past and the good times and i want to break down, but then i remember he isnt thaqt person anymore and nothing will ever be alright again. i hope oneday i can forgive. some days i am scared and others iam fine. for a long time i felt alone til i realized there are people in my life that are here for me. i wish this was all over with but i know it is far from over. i dont like being a mean person even after all he has done to me and i hope i dont have to be anymore mean than i have been.

when we go through things like this life becomes a roller coast ride.

You are not a bad person, you are a person protecting yourself from bad influences in your life.

I still think you should change you cell number, easier to call your contact list and tell them, or send a text message in bulk, then to put up with his calls. You can always contact the companies you applied at for jobs and give them your new number.

Be more proactive and you can feel less mean and more strong!
