Another rainy day here. It's been raining all night. Some places are flooding already.

Hi everyone,

I am not happy I have to go for another Ph test due to my reflux from my hernia I don't want to go through this again as it is very discomforting they put a small tube up your nose and down the throat to test the acid in your stomach but I am going for the endoscopy before this test so I will see what is shows first before I commit to doing any other testing it really suxs when you got a hernia. Hi Carl,

I know I hope I don't have to go through this again. But I have to go for the endoscopy on July 3 I have to go to hagserville hospital I am having it under sedation so I have to have my friends parents take me cause we both don't drive. How is your day going I just woke up from a nap I woke up at 8am to go and speak to the people that do the Ph test. so I was tired slept for about and hr. Have a great day all. Alexis

Hi Carl,

I know I don't usually wake up till about 11 or 12 noon because I have to take a sezuire meds in the morning about 8am so he makes me drowsy so I end up just falling back asleep. a hailstorm wow. we have had rain all day and we are getting thunderstorms at 8 tonight and all day tomorrow. then Thursday and friday we are going to have sunny days but very humid. Alexis :-)

hi everyone, i hope you are all well. yes getting excited about my trip!! suitcase is almost packed, still got to arrange some paperwork from my shrink and get some more diabetic supplies and other stuff as well. i took some time to focus on my house yesterday. i done a big clean up. bathroom sink, bench is cleaned as is my lounge room table. did dishes, cleaned my kitchen benches and sink, hung clothes on the line and cleaned up a little. still have more to do though, it never ends. today i am playing tunes, listening to ozzie osbourne!! the nocturia played up savagely last night, it had been good for awhile. hope tonight is better. today is rest day. i see my general practioner in the morning to sort out some medical stuff that is going on. well i will say good bye and will see you all soon. take care my friends.

The sun is out this morning after 3 rainy days. It's cloudy though so we may get rain later.

Today is the last working day for us for this week. Tomorrow and Friday are public holidays. We have a 4-day long weekend.
I have a strong feeling I will have to do work this weekend though as I have a meeting with one of the bosses today...

Hi everyone,

Been a really busy day since about 11am went to see the Dr I have to see for my endoscopy then went for lunch. and had to go to walmart for some fresh fruit strawberries peaches, and grapes. came home did laundry went out for dinner then had to meet a friend now I am home for the night just had a shower getting ready to watch some tv for the night. It was 35 with the humidty. it was soo hot thanks to Nice Air condtioning When I came home felt so nice. I hope everyone had a good day or night. Where are you hiding Carl ? :-) , Jamie hope you enjoy your trip we willl miss you sad   Have a Good night all my friends Alexis

hi guys.

hopefully the nocturia is better soon, seen the doctor about some pertinent medical issues and paperwork today. we have increased the nocturia medication and i am to watch my fluid intake, especially coffee mid to late evening. my neighbour gave me a hair cut and beard trim when i got back from the doctors, that was nice. for someone who is not a hair dresser she certainly does a good job!! i am lucky for such a dear friend. it is cold and wet here, need to go to the chemist and pick up supplies tommorow, also i am to arrange to have my medications done in blister packs as well.

still got some stuff to arrange for my trip. i am counting down the days. i go on the 23rd of june, yeah just around the corner. need to get my butt into gear!! i am feeling fairly okay, albeit i do have some pertinent medical issues going on, but chin up. i hope everyone is doing well. i miss you guys. today, well the rest of the day i am resting, tomorrow and next week i shall do more. take care my dear friends. see you soon.

Good afternoon Everyone,

Hope you are all having a nice afternoon day or night for most of you. For me its 1:30pm here in Hamilton Ontario,

Just finihed a shower gotta go for a bus ride out to east gate with my friend then we might have lunch. it is very humid here today its like 35 with the humidex I have air condtioning on here so its freeezing just the way I like it while its these tempatures. that sounds pretty intresting,

How are you feeling better ? I fell asleep for a while woke up had a shower just relaxing for the night and going to watch tv tomorrow have to cash my cheque and pay rent and some bills just to get broke again yeah not. Hope all is well with everyone hope you have a great day or night. Alexis

Carl, how did you dinner go? I can handle the rice pasta, it is pretty good actually, when not over cooked.

However, when people put soy cheese on pizza it is nasty. UGH!

Today is one of the best days of the year!!!!! It's the last day of school!!! YAY!!!!

Oh, I got word last night that my class didn't "make". I am sure there is a reason so I am just going to cling to that instead of being upset.
