high guys!!!

sorry i have been away for a bit, just frightfully busy with my trip o/s. it is around 20 days before i go. need to sort out a few more things. did you guys miss me? my mate has been driving me mad. i told him off twice. he is dumping his stuff on me and stressing me out. i have told him off twice and again today, i have told him i am not his therapist. me, nervous and excited about going o/s. i have been okay, just stressing out is all.

my phone is down at the moment, i keep tripping over it as the jack is in my lounge room and the computer in my kitchen. i just replaced the cord, i can not afford to do it again. the internet is up, but they said (my provider) that the line is fine and that there is a break in the cable. being impaired visually sucks, and with cables going everywhere!! maybe, just maybe the can put a plug in the kitchen i don't know. or maybe i need to by another cord. mentally i am doing alright, this is good, i spoke with my shrink yesterday and he is arranging some paperwork for my medication that has to be approved by him, it is under authoritry and i can't get it from my pharmacy. so i will pick that up from reception soon.

sorry for the long post. soon i will be away for around 5 weeks. but i will be back. i will miss you guys. i hope everyone is doing well. i care about you all. slow and steady wins the race. i slept good last night, first good night in awhile. still having a bit of a problem with the nocturia though, but not as bad. my vision is holding, have not heard fom my specialist, was hoping to get another injection, but i feel it will hold. i will check in soon. just very busy.

thanks very much guys. today i am having a break. my neighbour is going to town tomorrow thus i will get a ride in with her to pick up the paperwork from my shrink and take it to the hospital pharmacy. it is a short walk to the hospital pharmacy, which is good. the walk back to the bus stop is a bit of a walk but it will do me good. had some disturbing dreams last night, but i am okay. i slept in.

the nocturia has been playing up when i am stressing out, thus i am trying to remain calm. am missing important calls, especially from o/s. i am lucky that my neighbour allows me the use of her phone so i can get these calls. they are very important. i will call my provider later and explain that i am a diabetic and visually impaired, and if something was bad to happen i am unable to even call emergency services.

yep, getting excited about my trip. not long to go now, i hope everyone is doing well. i care about you all. thanks for your support my friends. i will check in soon.

hey cass!! good to see you posting. my trip is a secret mission. lol. i am doing okay, how are you doing? i go in a couple weeks. i am slowly starting to feel better guys. it has been rough with this severe cold. i have a bruised rib from coughing so much, and to even cough a little really stings and i can handle pain but this is savage. hope fully i am better by the morning, luckily today was a public holiday thus i rested.

my phone is back working. it came on a few days back. i just thought i would check and i heard the dial tone, i was elated. still have my cord going to the lounge phone jack and i will await the technician to see if i can get one next to my computer in the kitchen. still got a few things to do, but i am on top of it. mentally i am doing well, physically i am very sore by the cold winter we are having. yes still smoking heavily, i know it is not helping my lungs any!!! well i thought i would pop in and say hi. the nocturia is slowly improving also. we have rain and cold weather for the next week, boo to that.

i hope you are all well. i keep you all in my thoughts. karen i will cut back on the smokes. i need to. it will be 24 hours of travel with no smoking allowed anywhere thus i will need to slow down. i will using patches for my trip. no smokes for a day, booo!!! or should i say aaaaaaarrggggghhhh!!! well take care guys.

hi guys, have got worse with this nasty cold. i have tried mucus syrup and cold ease tablets from my pharmacist, but still no good. i am going to see a doctor tomorrow, do not have an appointment thus i will get there before opening to see a doctor early. i need some antibiotics to knock this n the head, i go on my holiday in 2 weeks and i need to be well. my rib still hurts, but i will be okay. this nasty cold has set me back with my preparations, darn it!! well i will see you all soon. thanks for yur well wishes, it means a lot.

lol trina!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i think the secret is out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
got up very early this morning, 6am to be exact, had something to eat did my pills lotions and potions and was on the bus at 7.30am. i got there first at the clinic thus i was seen straight away. i have a nasty chest infection, and have been prescribed some kick butt antibiotics. the doc gave me an extra script just in case the course has not fully kicked in. i had my cigarette after not smoking for 18 hours straight. i am fairly pleased with myself. i am resting at the moment. it is wet and cold here, i went to the chemist early, before they opened and before the skies did likewise. my fur-ball got a walk in also.

i hope to be feeling better soon. maybe in the next day or two. i have stopped coughing which is good as i has a bruised rib from coughing my lungs out for 2 weeks. well take care everyone. have a pleasant day. you are all in my thoughts.
