Finally got my neuro appointment this morning, now just awaiting PT calls/appointments...Will be seeing the neurologist on 17 July 2013...

Good morning everyone!

Today I have my appt with my endocrinologist for my thyroid update. Then errands. I don't like errands!

It's supposed to be 100 here today. Summer has arrived!

Good day everyone, not have the greatest day of my life, so after I ran my errands I stopped and picked up a Haagens Dazs Salted Caramel Truffle ice cream!

At least I have learned to self-love and my dogs totally approve!

well wiped out 2 doctor appointments one was a dental cleaning, teeth are good, no tarter...and daughter is doing better...Heat tomorrow is supposed to finally hit the 100 mark and then the humidity factor will be added in so 100+ days starting...heat is nice but 100 is a bit hot...many well wishes

Hi UA-

I've missed you! How are you doing? Thank you for asking about my appointment. For the first time ever every test came back good! Yay! My b-12 was a bit low but it was in range. And I've lost 10 pounds since I was there 4 months ago! But I took care of that with the chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream.

Laundry and house cleaning for me today. I've already been to the store and to get a tire fixed on my daughters car.

I hope everyone has a happy, blessed day.

Just a lounging indoors and staying out of the furnce outside, first triple digit day of the year before heat index added in...hope everyone stays cool today, or warm depending were you live...the heat beats having a cold winter...

Hi Michele,

I'm okay. My depression kicked me really really hard and I had a little setback last weekend, so I was just trying to recover and take it easy this past week.

I'm glad to hear the test results was good. It's really good news :-)

Hey you guys,

It is a nice breezy day here today, though we still need rain. I doubt we will get any soon. It always seems to miss us.

I have been doing a lot of housework today, but still have a lot more to do. Seems like that is a never ending thankless job. It is only noticed when you don't get it done. LOL...

I hope all of you are having a wonderful day. Yes, the heat is much better than a cold winter day... But triple digits is hard to take. Stay cool...

UA, I am sorry to hear that you had a setback, don't hesitate to come here when that happens. We are all here for you.

Chartreux, I am glad things are going better. Michele, like you it is housecleaning for me today too.

Had a relaxing day today. Took a 2.5 hour nap! These meds are waring me out! Must of needed it. Not going to be over 90 this weekend- might sneak outside for some fresh air-hopefully!

Good morning All!

Well and clammy this am. Slugs all over the patio! dogs are messing with them and I can't shovel them up fast enough, UGH!

UA, Raynauds: it used to be daily, well, my hands are always cooler that the rest of my body, especially my fingers. But maybe I am used to it now. Toes not so much anymore, I don't go barefoot like I used to , always wearing socks because feet get cold. Summer and winter.

I picked up a bunch, of the small hand warmers from Home Depot last fall that hunters use. I still them in my mittens, works well. Even when watching TV and hands are cold, nice to have them.

Let me know if I didn't answer any of your questions.

Thanks Karen. I've just been trying get back in order and in my normal routine. It's a bit hard to do after a breakdown.

Thanks for answering Trina. The reason I asked you is because a friend told me that I should get checked out for that. However, I don't think I have it. I don't have any of those symptoms except cold fingers and toes even in warm weather. I wear socks in the office. I was thinking maybe it something with circulation. My fingers and toes are a bit long. Maybe the blood just takes longer to get there. A staff once said that my toes looked like fingers. Lol.

UA,, glad you think you do not have raynauds. It can get painful at times and the digits turn completely white. So I am glad to hear it you might just have to stand up and wiggle the toes some!

My smallest dog woke me up to eat at 5am this morning on the dot!! I am out of his medication, do now he won't eat! UGH! Have to wait til tomorrow to get more pred. Why do I do these things?

He will eat when he gets hungry enough.
