Hello :D I hope that everyone is well,

I'm wondering about a 'dropping' feeling, like butterflies?? but I'm not sure it is that, that kind of disorientation, physical feeling like a dropping/sinking feeling?

It's kind of in the eyes as well, when it happens, and only seems to happen occassionally, but more so, when paying attention to it, it's also something which I think I have control over.

Have you started any medications that are new recently? Or increased? I use to get something like that with Effexor. It was like brain zaps, but in my eyes, I could hear them move. I don't get them anymore since I switched meds.

I hope you find out what it is.

I haven't been taking any recently, except short doses of a prescribed medicaton, and only took it over 2 or 3 days and once this week.

I have had it before without medication, quite a few times.

Thank you Karen. It is different to what you have described, as I have experienced what you have described before and I found it very uncomfortable.

I am glad that you do not have this now.

It could be anxiety. try some calm breathing to get you through.

Good morning all ............

   Finally ... the sun is out this morning - and not too chilly - light blue skies - pretty nice out.

   I had some fierce nausea last night ... but it's cool now ... waited too long between meals I guess!

   Gizzy was Mr. Impatient this morning ... got me up at 4:40am and wanted water. Then he slept next to me on the sofa ... and I got another 2-hours of needed sleep. By a little after 7am, he was howling at me ... then barking at me ... to get up. He wanted to go for a ride.

   Hey buddy ... who's running this house?

   He did see two dogs on our ride ... went crazy with one of them ... now he's asleep.

   I hope everyone has a better day than expected.

Happy Bean .... hope you find out what that anxiety annoyance is soon.

JAMIEE ....... WILL CATCH UP WITH YOU AT GIZZY 'N ME.

Just noticed ...... Redskins are a 1-1/2 point favorite! Should be close!!!

Hi Gizzy and me, I hope you have a good day :) thank you for your message.
I kind of wish I could gain some hours it being late in the day for me, I have watched tv and glad there is nothing I have to do.

Nothing really wrong with me, probably just need to be healthier, happier, have less vices, go out more to social group, relax more but get things done, keep up to date on my house work, drive to th countryside more........etc but I am healthy in that I have no illnesses or any real ones.

I'm going to get something done, my hobbies in A bit :)

Hobby Time ........... Happy Bean!!!

   Why is it so hard to get things done? I have that same problem! The day starts to fly by .... I say, well - tomorrow I'll get things done! And now it's tomorrow!!~!!

   You mentioned "hobbies" ....... sounds like a great idea - although it's probably done alone. You mentioned getting out socially ..... yep - that's it! I have a short list of things I want to get done yet ...... not quite enough time yet to do them, but they are on my "bucket list"!

   I used to get together with a group of people in a very non-threatening way .... that is "friends only"! Why did I stop? Sometimes I felt crappy. Sometimes I felt lazy! It really is a good idea not to bury yourself alone!

   Try it ...... and be a Happier Bean!

GIZZY'N'ME, I REALLY GET WHAT YOU ARE SAYING, SOMETIMES IF ONE FEELS ABIT SENSITIVE(WELL THIS IS MY TAKE ON IT ANYWAY), I THINK MEETING PEOPLE IN A NON-THREATENING WAY IS REALLY HELPFUL, FRIENDS ARE HAPPINESS AIDES I GUESS TOO!

I do think, yes it is a good idea not to bury myself alone, happy alone time is one thing, unhappy alone time can lead to more unhappy alone time I guess, so some happy alone time and some happy time with people is a good balance :)

YOU DID A MIGHTY FINE JOB WITH THE TYPING, EVEN THOUGH YOU WERE HAVING SOME SIGHT PROBLEMS :)

I AM FINE AND DOING WELL. NO DEPRESSION DIAGNOSED, BEEN OUT AND about, WORKING AND SEEING FAMILY. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO WORK WELL AND ALSO BEEN TRYING TO HAVE SOME FUN (HAVE HAD SOME FUN) AND SORTING OUT THE THINGS WE ALL HAVE TO DO, PAPERWORK, BILLS ETC. I'VE SPENT SOME TIME, CLEANING MY HOME A BIT SO KEEPING ON TOP OF THIS ALWAYS MAKES ME FEEL GOOD.
