Y'all heard the expression "Mad as Hell" well, that's me...Had an appointment scheduled with my RA doctor, which was previously rescheduled and I'm just getting so very frustrated by his cancellations at the last minute...at least this time I'm rescheduled for next week, but it's still hard...Last time I had to get reschedule took two months, and the original appointment was made 4 months in advance....Just so frustrated and sorry to take it out here....Sorry.

How insensitive Char! What kind of "emergencies" could a RA doc have that could cause so many cancellations?

I don't blame you for being upset. Vent all you want. We are here to support and listen.

My last rheumie was like that. It turned out to be the best doctor appointment I ever had AND the problem was only with the initial appointment.

Maybe they have been sick. I had that happen with a doctor once, well a dentist. He had a heart attack. Then another doc of mine died of cancer. I had to find a new one. But I ended up liking my new doctor a whole lot.

Just take in consideration that there might be something going on in their life and give a benefit of a doubt. But cuss them under your breath where they can't hear you... LOL... I know it is frustrating, we wait for these appointments for a long time. Then to have them postponed over and over again. Then you forget what you went there for... I do, the little things I wrote a list of. I misplace it before I get to my appointment.

Hi Chartreux, I'm sorry to hear of your experience, I don't know what an RA doctor is, I live in a different country, either way though, I wish you very much best wishes.

I'm sorry about this Chartreux! It sounds really frustrating.

If he's busy, isn't there someone he can recommend you to? So you wouldn't have to keep waiting sooo long...

Ugh , I really hate my appointments being postponed. I've got a bunch of drs so scheduling things can be tricky anyway. Then for some of them I have to travel to see them. I decided that I'd rather they postpone my appointment than making me sit in the waiting room forever or not be able to give me the attention I'm paying them to give me.

I'm also busy getting ready for my daughters graduation this weekend, a 5 hour car drive up just North of Dallas, TX. So some frustrations are from that!
Really appreciate all your support, y'all are great and I hope many blessings for each of you.
I woke with a sore, stiff neck this morning and coughing and hope it clears up by tomorrow.
