Just spent the past hour on the phone. Customer Service with insurance company. I still have not received plan information nor ID cards. I have not received a bill for the second month. They cannot help me on the phone until tomorrow. I cannot make appointments on the online system. I cannot see any information on the online system, except for medications.
Oh, boy. The first woman who couldn't help me gave me a number to call, which turned out to be the MD Health Exchange, which does not accept payments. I made a third call to billing, and was told they could not give me any information until tomorrow, since that division was closed for the holiday.
What the heck??? Messy, messy, messy.
Also, I cannot pick up prescriptions except Monday through Friday, 8-5 pm. Well, I can, but I would need to drive thirty miles to the closest 24 hour facility. If I want to use the one in my town... it's working week only. And, you guessed it, closed today.
So far, their communications system bites. But the doctors seem good.
