We are all procrastinators, especially with depression. "It's too hard, I'm too tired, It won't matter anyway."
So pick one thing on your to-do list. It can be large, medium, or teensy. Doesn't matter, really, the size, it only matters that it needs doing.
And then do it.
Today, I have started to fix my favorite ceramic travel mugs, that have a chip on their lips so they can be used again.

-kisses- Turtle. Just so you know, my school mascot is a turtle. One slogan is "Fear the Turtle." Another is, "Give 'em some Shell."
Carl, are you competing for the prize? I mean, that's impressive and all, but you need to surf a lot more to really qualify.
Epoxied my mugs, and mopped the kitchen floor! These mugs have had chips in them for years, so they leak all over your shirt when you try to use. I used a toothpick and spread epoxy in them. It's not a pretty mend, but hopefully it will hold.

Great thread Myself!!!
I procrastonate a lot. I know I spelled that wrong. At least that is what the computer is telling me. Honestly I always thought I was a good speller, but that was wrong...
I am going to take a walk in a couple of minutes. Jasmine will make sure of that. Whine...
Have a good day. I will find things to do. I will post about
them...
Again-Great Thread!!!

Sounds like you need a check up Carl... Does your blood pressure run high? I have to take medication for my blood pressure.
Hey, I got my dishes done. I was procrastinating that for two days!!!
Hope that counts... If it doesn't, well, I understand... At least I am thinking about
it...
Hugs, Karen...

This is one area where OCD is nice. I can't let myself enjoy fun activities until the yucky ones are done. Unless it's a dr visit ! That's more because it's hard for me to decide something is severe enough to see a dr.
Carl, I'm with you! I've decided to become a master at Google fu. My skills will be awe inspiring. So far, it just means people ask me to look stuff up for them or fox their computer issues. I also know a lot of memes. In conversation, I will reference internet stuff and be looked at oddly.

I finally accomplished a sink full of dishes--some last night and the rest this morning. Tonight I'm going to actually write out my to-do list, right now all those things needing to be done are just swimming around in my head, popping up over and over again as I try not to forget them!!
Thanks for the idea!!

I am constantly writing lists. I find it helps to relieve the anxiety I have trying not to forget things. I get fibrofog... Fuzzy mind. Forgetfulness. Could be old age too. lol...
