Hey Jamie ....
Have you thought any more about hypnotism?
It would seem like there is a chance of it helping your sleep!
There is one lady in my cancer reoccurence group who had breast cancer years ago - thought it was cured - then it came back within 6-years.
When it came back, it had also spread to her sternum, her vertabrae and a few of the internal organs. She was in treatment - very heavy in steroids with 80mg daily of prednisone.
After less than a year, the prednisone created problems in her lungs. A small dose of prednisone, like the 10mg i take, actually can improve the lung function - but the large dosage ruined her lungs.
Now, she's also on oxygen the rest of her life carrying around an oxygen bottle on wheels. Most recently, she has developed what looks like skin cancer on her head. In reality, it is still the returning breast cancer moving to other parts of her body ... and the concern now is it may be more than just the external part of her head.
With all of this ..... this lady has the greatest attitude of any of us.
She laughs a lot ... and it's not a phony or fake pretense.
She has been going to private sessions with the medical hypnotist for just over a year now ... and credits his work with her for her outlook on life.
Some of the medical hypnotists are truly a gift from a higher power. There will be a time I will consider private appointments. In the meantiime, I will be going to my second group meeting with Dr. Giles at the beginning of next month.
Consider it! You must have one local or close to it!
Peace and wellness
