yeah  Hello, my name is Daphnadillia, and this is my first time to visit a site like this and I am elated (in a great way;) to see the great support and compassionate community there is on here.

I'm going to be 25 soon!  That is something to celebrate, however because of an illness...I haven't been feeling much excitement-

even considering going skydiving--after long consideration, I decided to wait untill earning my degree in a few semesters...

crazy how emotional I got--playing fastforward through my "nogen"...

feeling as though something horrible may happen and feeling expendable#$!

I'm now feeling better and optomistic:)

Out beyond fields of wrongdoing and rightdoing, there is a field.

I will meet you there.

welcome to the boards. I'm glad you are feeling better and optomistic. the feeling of loomin doom and being expendable are awful. i can relate to them, so i know how depressing it can be. come and be apart of the family. this is a good place to talk to people who understand what yopu are going threw. i hope you are still doing better. takecare

I'm sorry I couldn't view your image . . . the page said that my yahoo session had expired.

Most all chronically ill people experience depresseion which is severe enough to require medication. Lots of here in that boat. I hope your illness still allows you to lead a semi-normal life. It sounds like you have trudged your way through school though!! Good for you sis!! *Rosie pats Daph on the back*.

I have a chronic illness. I am 45 and have had it for 40 yrs. I didn't even know I was depressed until a couple of years ago. I spent sooooooo many years in denial about both of my illnesses, Crohn's Disease and Depression. The family here has helped me more than I can ever give in return. Again, welcome and I look forward to getting to know you better.
