Hi AnneMarie,
I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling and know that you're not alone. I started being treated with meds for depression at a very young age. When I was 25 I was told I had treatment resistant depression and was recommended for ECT, although I was too afraid to go through with it. Since then I have been on that same roller coaster ride of meds for my major depression, anxiety and ptsd. It's very hard especially when I'm at a lot point like I am now and I know that feeling of I want off this ride.
I'm hoping that, that one month in a row that you can be stable, turns into 2 months in a row, then 3 months in a row until you are where you want and need to be. I hope this crash doesn't last long for you and you get some relief soon. I'm not the best at always knowing what to say there are a lot of others on here who are great at giving advice. I wanted to make sure you know that you are not alone and that someone else out there cares about you and how you are feeling.
