Hi, I was wondering if anyone has tried acupuncture for depression/anxiety and if it worked and how long it took?? Thanks.

Never heard of it for depression. Interesting topic though!!

I've tried it. very relaxing. I really enjoyed it. only problem was that the relaxation only lasted for the day I had it done. then i was back to my miserable depressed self. I don't regret trying though.
