Im new to firum ab=nd herbal tea but have heard it can help relax , calm, sleep, pain etec etc so wondered if anyone here used teas, and which were best for doing what??

Hi Claire,

I use to use sleepy time tea to relax and go to sleep on. It worked well for me. I think that there can be a lot said for herbs. I believe in them.

yes! I use strong camomile for relaxation and sleep. I use licorice root with honey for sore throats.

Mint and ginger tea for heart burn and upset stomach. Mint tea is also great for panic attacks. Helps calm

Check out your local natural health food store or if you are lucky enough to live near a tea store, visit it and have the propriety educate you. There is so much to learn!

I drink black tea instead of coffee to boost my energy level as well as reduce fatigue and relieve menstrual cramps. But it has many other benefits that you can Google. When I feel anxious or depressed, I drink one cup of chamomile tea to calm down and to be more optimistic. It is good for complexion too. Ginger tea with honey – it can help with cough and colds. There’s so many to choose from, depending on what you need the tea for.

I am very fond of teas: lemongrass, ginger, green, chamomile, and more because of their various health benefits. I've added graviola tea in my long list of herbal teas. I'm drinking it to fight cancer and lower high blood pressure.

I like to use a chamomile/lavender tea to help relax when I am stressed. I love the taste too. :)

There is a Celestial Seasonings brand of tea called "Sleepytime Extra." It is the regular sleepy time blend, but has Valerian root in it as well.

Welcome to the depression forum. I use to take graviola for health just to maintain. I heard it was good for a lot of things. I use to put it in capsules. I haven't taken it for a long time.

I am sorry to hear you have cancer. I hope that the graviola is helping. Cannabis oil is suppose to fight many types of cancers. Just a thought.
