Not having a good day. The gym pulled out 180 extra yesterday. They won't refund it, instead saying they will just credit me for it so that my 21 dollar gym membership will be paid out of that until its out. That has made it so I can't pay my electric bill. My electric company is giving me an extension until Friday. Not sure what I'm going to do. I also have a sick kid home today. Taking the other to the Dr this afternoon.

If I'm wrong I apologize but I think they have to refund your money, you did not authorize that charge and if nothing else do a charge back at your bank.

I was going to go to the bank before the school called. I've been on the phone off and on with them a few times. Hoping we can get this resolved quickly. Thanks, and I'll let you know.

They really can't do that. It's your money, and unless you authorized it, they are in the wrong.

Did you know that the tongue is the primary articulator? The movement in the mouth to different positions, blocking and shaping the outgoing sound, produces speech. Say "t" as an example. Your tongue tip touches the area behind your front teeth and then drops down.

Staying busy today. Did laundry, printed out cheat sheet for phone interview, took a shower, dried and styled my hair. I am about to go do make-up, for the hour is at hand. I am just focusing on breathing deeply, and trusting my knowledge.

Karen...Question about the Hellman's chicken.

The recipe on the jar says..'GRATED Parmesan'. Do you grate your own? I have a jar and a bag, and they both say 'SHREDDED'.
Don't want to goof this first attempt.

I have used the shredded when I didn't have the grated. Still came out good. But the grated mixes better with the mayo. I still liked it...

I buy it, but I imagine that grating your own would be very good. Probably fresher...

I hope you like it... I just put the mayo mixture on the top of the breast pieces, I don't coat it or anything. It turns out really good. Made it again the other night. Yum...

Thanks for your info. Wish I had grated on hand, but will use the Kraft shredded. I 'think' we'll try it today....however, it will be coated and pan fried (not oven).

Sunny today, thank goodness. I am SO affected by the weather!

Bought some more things for the garden. Will be installing 3 more shepards hooks and hanging baskets and a little more wire fencing to keep kids and dogs out of the new flower beds on the street side of the house. Now, if I could just keep my cats out! ha ha!

I swear my head may explode. Since I started with a new Dr I had to have my referrals redone. I was supposed to have the nerves cauterized on the left side of my back today with my pain management Dr. I spoke to my new PCP about this appointment and how the referral had to be done asap which they promised to do. I called this morning to check and the referral wasn't sent in so I called the PCP. My PCP is closed for an open house and apparently no one is working there today. So my appointment is canceled.

I also have to deal with the bank and the gym more today. I'm trying to resolve that issue.

Pitmom, so jealous you have baskets already. I started some citronella (geranium) plants. They are in my window doing okay. I wanted to put them out in the green house, but it got too cold...

Cold day for us....brrrrr. Went from the 80's a few days ago to a freeze warning this morning.

The chicken recipe was a success...TaDa, and a repeat in the future. Wondered if those ingredients would work well on pork, too?
