Just quit smoking? Congratulations! Sleep problems, fatigue, anxiety, are probably all because you don't take in all of the chemicals from cigarettes anymore. Give your body time to adjust to the 'new' chemical make up! Whether it's psychological or otherwise, smoking 'calms' me. Just the thought of quitting puts me in a panic attack! I'm so happy for you! Try relaxation techniques, breathing exersizes, etc. They are sure to help. Drink plenty of water, help your body expel those toxins!
