Stopping Lamictal abruptly

So I know I have been kind of m.i.a. lately. I hope you have all been doing okay. I thought I was beginning to get my life back to normal. Yesterday, I went to the doctor because I felt ill and had a weird skin reaction to my Lamictal. Both my psychiatrist and family physician advised me to STOP my Lamictal immediately as it could be a very serious side affect. So as of today, I am off all my medications. I was seeing a really good therapist at my school. Now I'm home for the summer so I'll have to find a new one. Anyway, anyone have any advice about stopping Lamictal cold turkey? It was a pretty stabilizing med for me so I am not really sure what my next move is. . I have handled withdrawals before but I've never had to forcibly stop a medication. I am kind of nervous even though I've been working hard to develop coping skills aside from medication. I just don't want to lose the progress I've made. Thanks any words of advice or support. :)
