On your previous post I suggested you find a support group in your area. Have you looked into that. You can ask your doc or therapist, usually they have lists.
Also, ask your therapist for 'coping skills' so when the darkness hits you can stay safe. Do daily skills, to prevent the bad emotions from coming.
It is a daily battle, however it is winnable.
